HSE POLICY
The Management and staff of Transtech Solutions Occupational Safety & Health Training & Consultants (TSL) are committed to perform all of its activities and tasks in the safest possible way that will protect employees, clients and the public as well as protecting the environment.
The management of TSL believes that improving safety is the most economical way to increase productivity and profit and reduce losses.
TSL management will lead by example and all employees are always reminded that in all company activities, Occupational health safety and protection of environment (HSE) are integrated with business and they come first as the most prestigious company objective.
TSL management are responsible for ensuring that enough resources are available to employees to perform their jobs in line with the highest local and international HSE standards.
The management and employees will strive to continuously improve the business through improving HSE conditions.
This policy will be reviewed every 3 years to ensure its suitability to the company activities and the current regulations.

We, at Transtech Solutions Occupational Safety and Health Training and Consultants LLC (TSL), are committed to providing quality human resource, Occupational Safety and Health Training and Consultants services, as well as related content development services and onshore & offshore oil & gas industry, other industry and to the community in the United Arab Emirate (UAE).
In our endeavor to deliver quality products and services on time every time, we:
- run our operations in line with our established quality management system and company policies;
- work and communicate closely with our employees, suppliers and strategic partners;
- frequently review our objectives for their performance and continued suitability;
- frequently review our compliance with the requirements of our interested parties, including customer requirements, the applicable statutory & regulatory requirements and ISO 9001:2015 requirements;
- regularly review our QMS for its effectiveness and continual improvement of our company on the whole
